Apartment on the raised ground floor with a balcony in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from the centre of Clusaz, 800m from the ESF ski school departure points at Bossonnet, 50m from the shuttle services and the aquatic area. Magnificent view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes.
ENTRANCE/KITCHEN CORNER: (parquet floor) 3.24 m2, refrigerator (134L), microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fondue set, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor) 13.39 m2, 1 bunk bed (80 cm), (top bed forbidden -6years), 1 RAPIDO 2-person sofa bed (140 cm), wardrobe storage, television, French window opening onto a south-facing balcony (possibility to store skis), beautiful view of the mountains and the village,
BATHROOM: 3.11 m2, bathtub, washbasin, washing machine, toilet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
