In a 30-apartment residence on the raised ground floor with a balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from the centre of La Clusaz (5 min walk) and 800 m from the ski lift departures (Télémix, Télésiège du Bossonnet and the ESF course departures (Bossonnet). Stunning view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Shuttles 50 m away.
ENTRANCE/SLEEPING AREA: (parquet floor), 2 bunk beds x 1 person (90 cm), (top bed forbidden -6years), wardrobe storage, baby equipment,
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor), 1 RAPIDO convertible sofa 2 people (140 cm), flat screen TV, French window opening onto a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the mountains and the village,
EQUIPPED KITCHEN: sink, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue maker, ceramic hob, fridge (114L), dishwasher
SHOWER ROOM: shower, washbasin, hair dryer and toilet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Welcome kit offered (toilet roll, bin bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Duvets and pillows
