In a residence of 30 apartments on the raised ground floor with balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from Clusaz-center (5 minutes walk) and 800 m from ski lift departures (Télémix, Bossonnet Chairlift and ESF ski lesson departures). Beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes. Shuttles 50 m away.
ENTRANCE/NIGHT AREA: (wooden floor), 2 bunk beds x 1 person (90 cm), (top bunk forbidden for children under 6), storage wardrobe, baby equipment,
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor), 1 sofa bed for 2 persons RAPIDO (140 cm), flat screen television, French window opening onto a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the mountains and the village,
EQUIPPED kitchen: sink, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue appliance, vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator (114L), dishwasher
BATHROOM: shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Comforters and pillows
- Central collective heating, water, electricity (with the exception of long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
