Apartment in a chalet 23 apartments, built in 1988, located in the upper village of LA CLUSAZ, place called Les Granges. 260 meters from the ski slopes of Bossonnet (ESF meeting). 200 meters from shops. In peace, with beautiful sight on the tracks and the chain of ARAVIS. Southern exposure.
ENTRANCE: (parquet floor) 4.62 m2, wardrobe, sleeping area, 2 BUNK BEDS (70), storage drawer, shelf,
BATHROOM: 1.93 m2, bath and basin, W-C. independent, heated towel rail,
DINING ROOM (parquet floor) 12,82 m2, dining area, flat screen TV, 1 convertible rapido (160), a bench, closet wardrobe, bay overlooking a south balcony 5.21 m2, garden furniture
KITCHENETTE: 4 hotplates, microwave, 110 L fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette set, high table (dim 0,50 x 1,20 m), high chairs.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
