Half CHALET / 6 people / 3 Rooms 2 ** NN / 60m2 / South east / Mini wifi box (paying option)
Ground floor of a chalet, built in 1850, last renovation in 2014. It is located in the center, on the edge of a river. Close to shops, the leisure center, daycare centers, 100 meters from the departures for downhill skiing (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car).
In summer, a terrace on the ground floor and access to a private courtyard adjoining the chalet.

KITCHEN (tiled floor) electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with 206 L freezer unit, dishwasher, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, raclette machine, East terrace, garden furniture in summer,
DINING ROOM 26.36 m2 (tiled floor) LOUNGE CORNER, decorative sofa and armchairs, stove with fireplace (wood not supplied), West balcony,
BEDROOM 1: 10.73 m2 (plastic tile floor) 2 BEDS 1 PERSON (80) + 2 Bunk beds (80), wardrobe, window,
BEDROOM 2: 8.56 m2 (plastic tile floor) 1 BED 2 PERS (160), wardrobe, window,
BATHROOM 1 (tiled floor) shower, sink, washing machine, separate W-C
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
- Free welcome kit (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- 2 duvets (240x260) + 6 blankets and pillows
- Collective central heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
- Ski locker
Optional services not included:
- Communal public parking (weekly subscription)
- Animal not admitted
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Bank card deposit upon delivery of keys (600€)

- Baby equipment: to be ordered and collected from the Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (50 € to 250 €), to be ordered 3 days before departure,

Il y a certaines couvertures à changer, il manque une pelle à neige pour déneiger l'entrée, un coup de vernis sur les tables, un coup de peinture sur les bancs extérieurs.
