In a chalet of 3 apartments, built in 1974, neighborhood "le Nant", quiet and beautiful view / private tennis court at the condo / 700 m from the village / 250 m from the slopes of Nant and Bossonnet. Access to the chalet by an outside staircase of 15 steps
ENTRANCE HALL: 3.67 m2 (tiled floor) storage cupboard,
BATHROOM: 3.65 m2, bath, sink, independent W C,
LIVING ROOM: 19,71 m2 (lino floor) a rapido sofa bed (140), a safe bench with ottomans, TV, south terrace balcony, garden furniture,
KITCHENETTE: 2 induction hob, extractor, fridge freezer (235 l), oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, all necessary kitchen,
BEDROOM: (difficult staircase access, 13 stairs) (lino floor) 7 m2: 2 bunk beds 1 pers (80), window, cupboard,

Ce logement est exceptionnel, la vue est magnifique sur les pistes enneigées, une superbe exposition. Très bien équipé et idéalement placé a deux pas du centre de la clusaz.

Remplacer le lit armoire et les deux canapés jaunes encombrants par un seul clic-clac, supprimer la table basse. Que faire de tous ces meubles une fois le lit baissé ? On ne loue pas un garde-meuble !
