Apartment is located in the Confins Valley, at the place called Le Tendieu. About 600 meters from the La Balme/le Bossonnet connection trail. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, with a stop 100 meters from the residence. Quiet with a good exposure and a very beautiful view of the Aravis Mountain Range.
ENTRANCE, clearance with closets and wardrobe,
ROOM 1: 1 bed in 140 cm, wardrobe and closet, west window,
ROOM 2: 2 bunk beds in 80 cm, wardrobe and closet, west-facing window,
SHOWER ROOM: shower, a sink, 3.5 kg washing machine, towel warmer, storage, independent toilet
Stairs leading to the living room:
LIVING ROOM: 13.50 m2: a sofa (pull-out type) for 2 persons (140cm wide), television, windows and French doors opening onto a south-facing balcony. Terrace table and chairs.
Equipped kitchen: sink, 4-burner ceramic glass cooktop, electric oven, microwave, raclette and fondue appliance, capsule coffee maker, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment,
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Comforters, blankets and pillows
