Apartment is located in the Vallée des Confins, at a place called Le Tendieu. About 600 meters from the La Balme/Le Bossonnet link track. Easy access to the village with the car or the shuttles, there is a stop 100 meters from the residence. Quiet with a good exposure and a very beautiful view of the Chaine des Aravis.

Stairs access to the living room:
LIVING ROOM: 13.50 m2: a sofa (rapido type) for 2 people (size 140cm), television, windows and French window opening onto a balcony to the south. Terrace table and chairs,
KITCHEN: sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, raclette and fondue set, capsule coffee maker, extractor hood, fridge with freezer unit, dishwasher, units with all kitchen necessities,
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Free welcome kit (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Duvets, blankets and pillows
