At the foot of the blue track of Beauregard (connection with the whole domain) and the departures of hiking (slope at 17%). The most beautiful view of the ARAVIS chain and the village. Calmed down. Bus route in summer and winter.

BEDROOM: 4.80 m2, 1 double bed (140), window,
KITCHEN CORNER equipped: 3 ceramic hobs, multi-function oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, raclette machine and fondue set, capsule coffee maker,
LIVING ROOM: 11.23 m, comfort sofa, connected TV, east balcony 3.85 m2, garden furniture,
BATHROOM: 1.96 m2, shower, sink, hair dryer, separate toilet 1.10 m2, hand basin.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Animal not admitted
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Bank card deposit upon delivery of keys (500€)
To order 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and collect at the Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€ 50 to € 250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- La Clusaz eXperience Pass: Alpes Immobilier, gives you a reduction on summer activities at the resort.

appartement très bien aménagé et avec goût et qui regroupe un maximum de fonctionnalité dans 25m². le garage fermé est un plus pour garer la voiture ou stocker les skis et sa proximité avec une piste toute proche (50m) en fait une excellente locationsee more
