Residence of 32 apartments, built in 1968, located in the UPPER part of the VILLAGE, 300 m from the TELEMIX, TELESIEGE and TELESKI of BOSSONNET (departure of courses / according to Ski Schools), and 100 m from the shops. Shuttle stop 50 m away in winter and 180 m away in summer.
LIVING ROOM (16.38 m²): dining area, 1 SOFA BED (130), TV, window + west-facing French window, west-facing balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
KITCHENETTE: refrigerator (140 L), 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker
CORRIDOR (4.85 m²)
BEDROOM (8.52 m²): 2 BUNK BEDS (90) + 1 SINGLE BED (80) -> top bunk forbidden -6 years, north-facing window, window + west-facing French window, west-facing balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
