Set of 4 chalets with 20 apartments, built in 1988, on the road to the swimming pool, 500 m from the ski lifts, 200 m from the first shops, on the south side with a very beautiful view of all the surrounding mountains, the slopes and the town. Access to the ski slopes is very easy since the Residence is in the center of the resort, while enjoying the calm.
ENTRANCE HALL: (lino floor) with SLEEPING AREA 4.53 m2, 2 bunk beds 70 (blankets), cupboards,
BEDROOM: (lino floor) 4.78 m2, 1 double bed (blankets), cupboard and wardrobe, small north window overlooking a passageway,
BATHROOM: 1.96 m2, bath, sink, storage, heated towel rail, hair dryer, separate W.C,
LIVING ROOM: (lino floor) 12.81m2, sofa bed 140, dining area, television, south balcony of 3 m2, balcony table and chairs, superb view of the mountains, the village and the slopes,
FITTED KITCHEN, 4 electric hotplates, combined grill/microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer unit (121 L), raclette machine, filter coffee maker,
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Animal allowed (limited to one), supplement (25€/week) to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Bank card deposit upon delivery of keys (500€)
To be ordered 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.

- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the surface of the accommodation (€50 to €250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- Pass eXpérience La Clusaz: Alpes immobilier, allows you to benefit from reductions on summer activities in the resort.

Un rafraîchissement des infrastructures, une meilleure signalétique pour trouver le casier à skis et la place de parking qui n’est pas dans le même bâtiment. L’appartement est bien en lui même même si il n’est pas de dernière génération.

la cafetière n’est pas de bonne qualité ( café qui coule à côté) et pourrait être remplacée par une machine à dosette . Très difficile de se garer dans le garage avec un Scenic, la place est très étroite . |
