Apartment on the first level of a residence of two levels, of 8 apartments, built in 1981, located 200 meters from the green slopes of the Var and 2 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ. 150 m from a ski bus stop (free). Quiet, beautiful view.
ENTRANCE: 3 m2 (tiled floor),
LIVING ROOM: (tiled floor) 13 m2, 1 leisure sofa, television, French window opening onto a south and east balcony, magnificent view of the mountains,
KITCHEN CORNER: sink, 3-burner vitroceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, filter and capsule coffee maker, raclette and fondue set, units with all kitchen necessities
BATHROOM: 2 m2, sink, bathtub, separate WC,
BEDROOM: (parquet floor) 8 m2, double bed (140), east window, wardrobe,
MEZZANINE : very attic, 3 sigle beds 90, baby bed.
