1/l'appartement est en RDC avec une grande baie qui donne sur la place, donc les gens sont devant chez vous. en gros. vous devez garder les rideaux et/ou volets fermé.
2/ la vmc dans la chambre (erreur de conception) impossible de dormir avec.

2/ la vmc dans la chambre (erreur de conception) impossible de dormir avec. 3/ l'agence se situe à 500m, il faut aller chercher les clefs, ramener les draps (assez lourds) ramener le tout avant de partir, bref sans voiture, une vraie galere. 4/wifi de très mauvaise qualité 5/ menage à 60€, mais qui ne comprends pas la vaisselle, la poubelle, les lits, bref pas grand chose. la conclusion est que globalement on a l'impression de ne pas être aidé. |

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire votre retour car la satisfaction client est au coeur de nos préoccupations. 1/ Vous avez aimé l'appartement pour son emplacement, en effet, la plupart des logements situés dans le centre de La Clusaz peuvent avoir du vis à vis. Des rideaux ainsi que des volets ont étés installés pour vous permettre de mixer entre le jour et la nuit au niveau de l'opacité. 2/ Nous irons vérifier la VMC car c'est la première fois que nous avons un retour de ce type depuis la première location. 3/ Vous avez demandé la livraison de vos draps à l'agence, vous auriez eu la possibilité de demander de garder le linge au pressing sur le bon de commande que vous avez rempli, le pressing étant à 10 marches d'escaliers de l'appartement. Je vous invite à nous demander des précisions pour les prochaines fois. 4/ Le logement ne disposant pas de wifi, vous avez donc loué une box wifi pour la semaine. Nous vous avions indiqué qu'au moindre problème vous pouviez appeler le numéro de la Hotline au besoin ou nous en faire part pour faire un échange de box, si la votre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Il se peut aussi que vous ayez consommé les 5Go sur 24h, le débit étant réduit après le dépassement, le réseau fonctionne donc moins bien. Nous n'avons pas eu de retour de votre part durant votre semaine, donc avons considéré que cela vous convenait. 5/ Le ménage comprend tout sauf ce qui touche à la cuisine (vider le lave-vaisselle, ranger la vaisselle, et vider vos poubelles) et si possible simplement plier les couettes sur les lits). Nous ne vous demandons pas de faire le reste. Nous sommes désolées que vous ayez eu la sensation de pas être aidée car nous apportons à chaque instant le maximum possible à nos clients, pour leur faire passer un séjour à la hauteur de leur attentes. Je vous invite pour les prochaines fois, à nous faire votre retour dès que possible pour que nous puissions trouver une solution aux problèmes ensemble. Bien à vous. |
