At the foot of the ski slopes and ski schools. 400 m from the leisure base in summer. Walking access to all amenities, shops, ice rink in winter, ski slope departure. View of the Beauregard massif. Quiet.

STAY: 15.32 m2, 1 lounge bench, television, a radio-CD, a bay window overlooking a terrace balcony (table, chairs and lounger in summer + ski storage box) with direct access to the slopes through a gate,
KITCHEN EQUIPPED, sink, 2-burner induction hob, hood, multi-function oven, 157 L fridge, raclette coffee maker, fondue coffee maker, stone grill coffee maker, capsule and filter coffee maker, elements with all kitchen necessities
