Apartment on the first floor in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from the centre of Clusaz, 800m from the ESF ski school departure points at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and the aquatic area. Magnificent view of the village, mountains and ski slopes.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC parquet floor) 10 m2, a sofa, television, French window opening onto a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the mountains and slopes, outdoor table and chairs
EQUIPPED KITCHEN: sink, microwave, oven, 4 induction hobs, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, fondue and raclette appliances,
BEDROOM: (PVC parquet floor) 14 m2, 2 single beds (90x200), wardrobe, window,
SLEEPING AREA: (PVC parquet floor) 10 m2, 2 single beds (90), south-facing bay window,
