KITCHEN: 8 m 2, 4 ceramic burners, 190L refrigerator with freezer block, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine, all kitchen essentials, all kitchen necessities, window door onto a south balcony,
LIVING ROOM: 16 m2, sofa bed for 2 people (140), armchair, television, 8 m2 South balcony with garden furniture,
