In a chalet with 15 apartments, built in 1987, "Les Converses" district, calm and beautiful view / 2 km from the village / 750 m from the Télémix de l'Etale / 170 m from the Envers slope (access to the village). Shuttle stop at 80 m.
LIVING ROOM: 13 m2 (PVC floor) a rapido sofa bed (140), storage, cupboard and wardrobe, television, bay window + French window giving access to a balcony to the West, view of green spaces / neighboring residences / mountains, garden lounge in summer ,
BEDROOM: 5 m2, double bed (140), cupboard, window,
KITCHEN CORNER: 2 electric induction hobs, fridge (50L), mini-oven, dishwasher, all kitchen necessities, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue sets,
BATHROOM: 3 m2, shower, sink, heated towel rail, separate WC (2m2)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
