The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally situated towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski departure and return directly from the property.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Étale, and Riffroids mountain ranges.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all the rooms
EQUIPPED KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, 4-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, raclette maker, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
STAY: 18m², equipped with a single bed bench, television, south/west facing window. Terrace table and chairs, parasol in summer.
ROOM 1: 11 m², 1 bed of 140, wardrobe closet, iron, west-facing window.
ROOM 2: 15 m², 3 beds of 80 cm, wardrobe closet, west-facing window. Bathroom inside the room, closed by a sliding door, equipped with a shower and a sink.
BATHROOM: 4 m², bathtub, sink, toilet. Independent
For the summer, washing machine in a common room (for stay longer than 13 nights) and garden lounge
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- No pets allowed
- Arrival outside of opening hours
- Caution bank card at key handover (600€)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).

L'emplacement le long de la piste du Crêt du Merle est vraiment un grand plus pour ce logement. Le logement est fonctionnel. Il y a une salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et une salle de douche. Deux vraies chambres. Le WC est séparé.

Juste en face d'un très bon restaurant la Ferme, avec chargeur pour voiture électrique ce qui est très rare.
