The apartment is located in a 4-apartment chalet, ideally located towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from the shops and 900m from the village centre, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski-in ski-out.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids massifs.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all the rooms
LIVING ROOM (renovated in autumn 2024): 14m², equipped with a 1-person sofa bed, chairs, table, storage unit, television, west-facing bay window and a south-facing French window opening onto the west-facing balcony with garden furniture and sun loungers.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN (renovated in autumn 2024): 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, units with all the necessary kitchen equipment (fondue maker available in the communal area).
BEDROOM 1: 9 m², a 140 bed, wardrobe, iron, east-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 11.5 m², 3 80 beds, French window opening onto west-facing balcony.
BATHROOM: 4 m², shower, washbasin, separate toilet.
For the summer, washing machine in a communal room (for stays over 13 nights)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Security deposit by bank card on key collection (€600)
To be ordered 10 days before your arrival:

- End of stay cleaning, flat rate according to the size of the accommodation (€50 to €250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,

Moderniser l appartement. Nous avons réservé avec des amis dans la meme résidence ils étaient moins que nous et on eu pour le meme prix un appartement plus grand alors certes au rdc mais je trouve ça etonnant

Lors de votre réservation, les deux appartements étaient au même tarif car le l'appartement D n'était pas encore rénové. La prochaine saison, le D sera dans une grille tarisee more
