Apartment in a recent 15-unit residence, built in 1977, located in the upper part of the village of LA CLUSAZ, called Les Granges. 100 metres from the Bossonnet ski slopes (ESF meeting point). 50 metres from the shops. Quiet with a clear view of the slopes and the ARAVIS mountain range.

BATHROOM: 4 m2, shower and sink, toilet, washing machine
