An appartement renovated in 2021, in a residence of 10 apartments, built in 1953, . Close to food shops and night establishments, nurseries and activities for children, the winter ice rink, 100 meters from the alpine ski (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF departures and also cross-country ski (Beauregard gondola). Large private courtyard. On the edge of a watercourse.

KITCHEN: (PVC floor) electric oven, 4 burner induction hob, 206 L fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fondue and raclette set, kettle, capsule and filter coffee maker,
BEDROOM 1: slightly sloping ceilings (PVC floor) 10m2, 4 bunk beds (80), wardrobe, television
BEDROOM 2: (PVC floor) 7,40m2, 1 double bed (140), wardrobe, television, television
BATHROOM: 3,47m2 walk-in shower (160x90), large sink, washing machine, hair dryer, slightly sloping ceilings with skylight
Separate WC with hand basin.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement (€25/week) to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours

tres bel appartement, tres bien équipé pour une grande famille comme nous. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de balcon pour profiter du soleil et de la vue sur le beauregard.
