In an 8-apartment chalet, in the quiet Les Riffroids district, with a beautiful view, 350 metres from the village centre, the Champ Giguet and 250 metres from the ski slopes.
LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: 15 m2,
KITCHENETTE: sink, 3-ring induction hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances, units with all necessary kitchen equipment.
LIVING ROOM: sofa bed (80), armchairs, TV, French window opening onto an east-facing balcony with garden furniture and parasol.
BEDROOM: 9 m2, 1 bed (140), 1 baby cot, wardrobe, French window opening onto the west-facing balcony.
SHOWER ROOM: shower, vanity unit, WC, small window.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement (€25/week) to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Security deposit by bank card on key collection (€500)
To be ordered 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected from the agency or the dry cleaner. Order form attached to the contract, to be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to be ordered and collected from the Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, flat rate depending on the size of the accommodation (€50 to €250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
