ROOM D WATER: 2.43 m2, a basin, a shower, a washing machine, W-C. independent,
DINING ROOM: (PVC floor) 11,95 m2, leisure bench, television / DVD player, french window leading to a south terrace,
KITCHENETTE: 0.97 m2, sink, induction hob, roasting pan, microwave, fridge 121 l, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fondue set, elements with all necessary kitchen
