Apartment in a residence of 28 apartments, built in 1974, located in the center (top of the village) of La Clusaz. Bordering the Crêt du Merle ski slope and the Aravis road. Limited view on the south side, view of the Aravis Chain on the East side. Traffic during the day. 300 m from the ESF ski school departures at Bossonnet. Close to shops and summer activities, leisure base.

Super propre mais commence à vieillir un peu (escalier qui grince bcp, rideau à manipuler avec précaution). Attention à la hauteur de la route des Aravis donc bruyant.
