Limited view on the south side, view of the Chavis des Aravis East. Traffic during the day. 300 m away from ESF courses at Bossonnet. Close to shops, and summer activities, leisure base.

Super propre mais commence à vieillir un peu (escalier qui grince bcp, rideau à manipuler avec précaution). Attention à la hauteur de la route des Aravis donc bruyant.

manque une cave pour venir avec des vélos, manque une place de parking ,pour ouvrir les fenêtre système des rideaux des chambres a refaire. velux de la chambre qui se ferme mal on entend tous de dehors.
